Open the Zifurs app, go to your upcoming appointments, and select the booking you want to change. You can reschedule or cancel directly from there. Cancellation and refund rules depend on how close you are to the appointment time—see our refund policy for details.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Email us at support@zifurs.com with your booking ID, the clinic name, and a short description of what happened. Our team will review your case and get back to you.
Try signing out and back in, and make sure you're using the phone number or email linked to your account. If you still can't access your account, contact support with the mobile number on your profile and we'll help you recover access.
You can edit your pet's information and your contact details in the Zifurs app under Profile or My Pets. Changes sync automatically for future bookings.
For privacy-related requests—including data access or account deletion—email support@zifurs.com from the address linked to your account. We process requests in line with our Privacy Policy.
First, confirm the booking status in the Zifurs app. If it shows as confirmed but the clinic has no record, contact us with your booking ID and appointment time. We'll coordinate with the clinic to resolve it.
