Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how you may cancel a booking or seek a refund for pet care services you arrange through the Platform. Zifurs ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates as a service aggregator: we help you discover and book services with independent providers via our website or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). We do not sell or deliver physical products.

By booking services through our Platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Booking of Services

Our Platform allows users to book services such as:

These services are provided by independent third-party clinics and service providers. The Platform acts as a service aggregator and technology intermediary facilitating bookings only; we do not sell or deliver physical goods.

For these appointments, you may cancel with a full refund of the booking amount only if you submit your cancellation at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations requested within 4 hours of the appointment time may not qualify for a refund, as set out below.

  • Veterinary consultations
  • Pet grooming
  • Pet spa services
  • Other pet care services offered by independent service providers

2. Cancellation by Users (service appointments)

The cancellation period for a booked service is 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Users may cancel a service booking through the Platform as follows:

  • At least 4 hours before the appointment time: If you cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 4 hours before the appointment time: If you cancel less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the booking amount may not be refundable.
  • Missed appointments: If you do not attend the scheduled appointment, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Service Providers

A service provider may cancel or reschedule an appointment due to:

  • Emergency situations
  • Provider unavailability
  • Operational reasons

In such cases, users may choose to: Reschedule the appointment, or receive a full refund of the booking amount.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by us or in accordance with this policy:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a different method.

For refunds approved by ANAD TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we will process the refund within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of a service booking requested less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time
  • Missed or no-show appointments
  • Services that have already been completed

6. Platform Service Fees

In some cases, the Platform may charge a service or convenience fee. Such fees may be non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

7. Disputes

If you believe a refund should have been issued but was not processed, please contact our support team. We will review the request and coordinate with the relevant service provider where necessary.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
